How do you share family photos across countries?
Post it once, to the family wall, and everyone in the family space sees it — no forwarding between the Indian side’s group and the Australian side’s. Write the names, the place and roughly when in the caption, so Nani can tell the great-grandchildren who is who.

Can grandparents overseas use it too?
Yes — they are usually the reason. Any adult gets a free account, and Kunbaa runs in the browser on a laptop or tablet, so there is nothing to install; relatives who never post can simply look. Children are in the tree and the photos, added by the adults — accounts are for adults, 18 and up.

Not yet. An event shows the date and time exactly as entered, so name the city — "7pm Jaipur time" — when relatives are spread out; birthday reminders come straight from the tree.

The kunbaa.com home page and sign-up are available in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi, as well as English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Inside the family space the menus are in English for now; relatives post, comment and caption in whatever language they speak.
Is it private?
Invite-only, no ads, nobody's data sold, and nobody outside your family space can see anything. Kunbaa is not end-to-end encrypted; the privacy help page explains what private does and does not mean.
