How to get help
Start with the help pages: most questions about Kunbaa are answered there, step by step. If yours is not, email support@kunbaa.com or use the contact form, and a person reads every message and replies as soon as they can.
1. Look for your answer in Help
The Help Center is grouped by topic: first-time guides, signing in, using Kunbaa, plans and billing, privacy and your data, and troubleshooting. Each article starts with the short answer, then the steps, then the questions families ask most. If you are setting Kunbaa up for the first time, Getting started walks through it in order.
2. Email us or use the contact form
Write to support@kunbaa.com, or use the contact form. A person reads every message and replies as soon as they can.
3. Tell us what we need to help
- Write from the email address you use for Kunbaa.
- Say whether you use the app (iPhone or Android) or kunbaa.com.
- Describe what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- Never send your sign-in code. Nobody at Kunbaa needs it.
Some questions have their own page
- Locked out, or worried someone else is in your account: keeping your account safe.
- A refund, or cancelling a plan: refunds and cancelling.
- Deleting your account: delete your account. A copy of your family’s photos and data: getting your data out.
- A relative who has died: marking a relative as passed away.
Reporting a post or a person
In the app, use the report option on the post, comment, photo or profile. For child sexual abuse or exploitation, follow the steps on the child safety page. For anything else, write through the contact page or to privacy@kunbaa.com with “Abuse report” in the subject: what you saw, where, and why it is a problem. You do not need to be a Kunbaa member to report. The rules are in the Acceptable use policy.
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. Kunbaa is not an emergency service.
Governments, law enforcement and legal requests
Send them to privacy@kunbaa.com. What Kunbaa needs before it discloses anything, and how it tells the people concerned, is in section 11a of the Privacy Policy.
Questions families ask
Is there a phone number I can call?
No. Kunbaa answers by email and the contact form, so a person can look at your account and reply properly. Write to support@kunbaa.com.
How quickly will you reply?
A person reads every message and replies as soon as they can. We do not promise a time, because we would rather answer properly than quickly.
What should I put in my message?
Write from the email address you use for Kunbaa, say whether you use the app (iPhone or Android) or kunbaa.com, and describe what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps. Never send your sign-in code: nobody at Kunbaa needs it.
How do I report a post or a person?
In the app, use the report option on the post, comment, photo or profile. For anything else, write through the contact page or to privacy@kunbaa.com with "Abuse report" in the subject. You do not need to be a Kunbaa member to report.
Someone is in danger. What do I do?
