Delete from the mobile app

In the Kunbaa iOS or Android app, tap your photo at the top to open the menu, then Settings, then Privacy and account. Choose Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt.

This removes your Kunbaa sign-in profile and signs the device out. Shared family content may remain where needed for other family members, legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or backups.

Request help with deletion

If you cannot access the app, request deletion by emailing privacy@kunbaa.com. Include the email address or phone number used for Kunbaa, and tell us whether you want the account deleted or only specific data removed.

If you pay for Kunbaa Plus

Where you bought the plan decides what deleting your account does to it.

Bought on kunbaa.com. You do not need to cancel first. Deleting your Kunbaa account stops billing straight away and ends the plan on your renewal date. You keep the time you have already paid for, no further payment is taken, and the plan is not renewed.

Bought inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Kunbaa account does not cancel that subscription. Apple or Google is the merchant for it, and only they can stop it — so cancel it in that store first, or it keeps renewing and you keep being charged after your Kunbaa account is gone. On an iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: the Play Store app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you would rather stop the plan and keep the account, cancel it with whoever bills you: on kunbaa.com under Settings, then Plans, then Manage billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal; or in the app store's subscription settings if you bought it there.

Everyone else in your family joins free and has nothing to cancel. Deleting a free member's account never affects the plan the person who pays holds.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes or disables the sign-in profile tied to your Kunbaa account. We review associated family workspace data so we can delete personal data that is no longer needed while preserving shared family records where another member still relies on them.
